What you'll do
Perform inspections and pest treatments at customer sites
Explain findings and treatment plans to customers
Keep accurate service notes and records
Maintain your work truck and equipment
What we're looking for
Valid driver's license
Comfortable working outdoors, in crawlspaces and attics
Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused

A&J Pest Control is a family-owned business looking for an organized, friendly Office Manager to keep our day-to-day running smoothly. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the person who keeps the office on track.
What you'll do
Answer incoming calls and help customers
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Basic bookkeeping and day-to-day office tasks
What we're looking for
Basic office and computer skills
Experience with AP/AR and basic bookkeeping
Strong communication skills, friendly phone manner
Organized and good at managing a schedule
Experience with accounting or business software a plus
